Live Video of Border Now Up - August 2, 2008

We now have five 24/7 live border cams available for viewing at:

http://www.borderfenceproject.com/view_border_live.php

After debugging a few cliches in our operating systems and remote camera network, we now have sufficient image footage covering all the points of entry for Vigilance Valley where our base of operations started. We will now aggressively ramp up with many more cameras added each month, as part of the same effort, in an effort to seal off the Tecate Corridor and use it as a prototype for proving 2,000 miles of fenced and electronic border security, now well within reach.

Our first major milestone was to perfect and employ remote cameras, covert, wireless, and self-powered (CRAVU, Covert Remote Audio Video Unit). Affordable and easy to build and install, we hope to mass produce these units to cover the entire desert and make blind spots impossible.

Please login as often as possible and feel free to call the adjacent phone numbers when you see suspicious activity. We will soon have a motion sensor for the convenience of allowing you to walk away from the computer and wait for an audible alarm to notify you when a field of view has been penetrated. We will then upload a 10 second video with the activity.

Thank you for your extended participation.

Sincerely,
James Dante Wood
Executive Director
